Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

All appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in up to $40.00 charge to the credit card on file.
Rescheduled appointments within 24hrs will receive a $25.00 charge.
New clients may pay a non-refundable deposit of $24.99 to book a grooming appointment.
